We have proudly partnered with Chris Ponte, James Beard nominee, and the On Swann team to brew this special edition collection that we barrel aged for several months in two unique barrels, rum and bourbon.
- Bourbon Barrel Aged “Heavy is the Head” showcases gorgeous aromas of bourbon, oak, and vanilla over robust chocolatey and dried dark fruit flavors (dried plum and raisins)
- Rum Barrel Aged “Heavy is the Head” is medium-bodied with a bouquet of cinnamon, oak, and subtle hints of tropical fruit with cinnamon, rich chocolate, and honey flavors followed by pleasant spiced rum warmth and dry, cacao finish.
Packaged 9.24.19 in 500ml capped bottles and available exclusively in the Taproom on 11.06.19 (limited quantity supply) and at On Swann for on-site consumption.
