Collaboration brew with Tampa Bay BEERS homebrewing club. We’ve created a delicious Pale Ale inspired by flavorful Thai ingredients and tradition. Deep golden in color, fresh Thai basil notes are present on the first sip, followed by Thai chili pepper flavors. Mild sweetness from toasted coconut balances out the heat from the chilies, and notes of lemongrass linger on the finish.
