#1: Saison brewed with Lemon Verbena & Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Dry, crisp & delicately fruity — ideal for pairing with briny oyster varietals.
#2: Oyster Stout brewed with three dozen wild-caught oysters (meat, shell and all), kelp and seaweed. Creamy, roasty & briny — ideal for pairing with sweeter oyster varietals.
