We hosted our friend Micheil (Head Brewer) from Mastry’s Brewing Co. in the brewhouse for a special collab today.
We whipped up a funky saison that we’ll be re-fermenting in Chardonnay & Reposado Tequila barrels and inoculating with a blend of brettanomyces. We’re thrilled we finally had the chance to collaborate with Mastry’s, and we’re excited to share this beer with you after it spends a few months in oak!
