We hosted Ryan (Head Brewer) from DEEP Brewing Co. (Tallahassee) in the brewhouse today for an English-Style Old Ale collaboration that will be aged in several different whiskey barrels.

A few iterations of the beer will be barrel-aged, while some will be dosed differently, or not dosed at all. Although it will be a few weeks before we move this beer into barrels, and another six months or so after that before it’s ready to drink, we’re excited to share this and several other barrel-aged projects we have coming down the pipeline with you!
