Brewed annually with wild oysters (shell and all) and heaps of dried kelp, this dry, Irish-Style Oyster Stout is black as an oceanic trench with a creamy mouthfeel and medium body. A slightly briny aroma mingles with roasted dark malt flavors and notes of coffee and a subtle “marine” essence.
