The 2019 Best of Craft Beer Awards announced the winners of its annual competition in Bend, OR. 262 medals were awarded across 90 categories, with hundreds of breweries from around the country submitting beers for judging. Motorworks Brewing was awarded a Silver Medal in the Vienna-Style Lager category for its V Twin Vienna Lager. This is the second medal V Twin has won at the Best of Craft Beer Awards, and eighth medal overall since winning Bronze at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival.
V Twin, Motorworks Brewing’s flagship lager, showcases a bright copper color with a lightly toasted Munich malt aroma and moderately-firm hop bitterness that balances out its rich Vienna malt grain bill. V Twin Vienna Lager boasts a slightly creamy mouthfeel that dries in the finish.
